1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the sot138 platform is strictly conditional on meeting the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Services offered by sot138. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. sot138 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under court-ordered guardianship, or otherwise lacking legal capacity are not permitted to use the Services.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through sot138's responsible gaming tools or imposed externally — at the time of registration or continued use.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) sot138 Account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of sot138 Services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is truthful, complete, and current.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• Valid email address
• Active Indonesian mobile phone number
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah — IDR)
• A secure, unique password of your choosing

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. sot138 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify sot138 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. sot138 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration — including but not limited to a false name, age, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sot138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to contain inaccurate information and to withhold any funds pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

sot138 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

Payment methods available to a Member may vary based on account verification status, transaction history, and technical availability. sot138 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits to your sot138 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your sot138 Account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary by method and banking hours.
• sot138 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• sot138 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. No foreign currency conversions are performed on the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your sot138 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your sot138 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.
• Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• sot138 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a Bonus Balance must be fully satisfied before the relevant funds may be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

sot138 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that bonus only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount unless a different multiplier is specified in the promotion detail page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to the satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• sot138 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an Account if abuse or manipulation of the promotion system is detected.
• Placing opposing bets (so-called "arbitrage" or "bonus abuse" strategies) to circumvent wagering requirements is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek) — are subject to their own promotional terms published at the time of the offer.

5.4 VIP Loyalty Program

sot138 operates a five-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering volume, calculated in IDR over a rolling calendar month. Benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and bonus multipliers increase at each tier. sot138 reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds and associated benefits with 14 days' advance notice to affected Members.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on sot138 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft; live casino tables from Evolution Gaming; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney; and sports-betting markets — operate under independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or use real-time verified data sources. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and available on request.

6.2 Betting Rules

Sport-specific and game-specific betting rules are published in the sot138 Help Center and game detail pages. For sports markets, including BRI Liga 1 football, EPL, Champions League, and badminton events, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. sot138 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and acknowledged.
• In the event of a technical fault or data error affecting a live market, sot138 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Member accounts.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one selection is voided, that leg is removed and the parlay continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and Member account tier.

6.3 Responsible Use of the Platform

Members are expected to use the sot138 platform in a manner consistent with responsible gaming principles. sot138 strongly encourages all Members to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and — where necessary — to utilize the self-exclusion tools available through our Responsible Gaming page. Gaming should remain a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sot138 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on sot138, whether under your own identity or that of another person
• Providing false, fabricated, or another person's identity information during registration or KYC
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other player-versus-player formats
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using sot138 as a conduit for illicit funds
• Abusing promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward sot138 staff or other Members via any communication channel
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorization
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties (agent or syndicate betting) without prior written authorization from sot138

8 KYC & Verification

8.1 Verification Requirements

sot138 is committed to maintaining a secure and transparent platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, all Members are required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time during the account lifecycle at sot138's discretion.

8.2 Required Documents

To complete KYC, Members must submit clear, legible copies of the following:

• Identity Document: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / e-KTP), valid passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID
• Bank Account Confirmation: A screenshot or statement showing your bank account number and registered name, confirming the account belongs to you (applicable for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks)
• Proof of Address (if requested): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past 90 days, showing your full name and residential address

8.3 Verification Timeline

sot138 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take up to 5 business days. Members will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. Withdrawal requests submitted during a pending KYC review will be placed on hold until verification is completed.

9 Privacy & Data

sot138 takes the privacy and security of Member data seriously. The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal information provided by Members is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account on sot138, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and is accessible only by authorized sot138 personnel with a legitimate operational need. sot138 does not sell, rent, or trade Member personal information to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sot138 shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the sot138 Services
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Services due to technical failures, maintenance, server downtime, or circumstances beyond sot138's reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government actions)
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Any inaccuracy in odds, prices, or game data caused by a technical fault, provided that sot138 acts promptly upon discovery to correct the error and, where applicable, void affected bets
• Any losses incurred as a result of a Member's failure to read and understand the applicable game rules, bonus terms, or these Terms & Conditions

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, sot138's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to sot138 in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by sot138

sot138 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sot138 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The Account is being used to facilitate fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity
• A KYC or security review is pending and requires resolution before normal account operation can resume
• A self-exclusion request has been received in relation to the Account

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request voluntary closure of their sot138 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account (whether voluntary or imposed by sot138), all rights granted to the Member under these Terms will immediately cease. Clauses relating to limitation of liability, prohibited activities, and governing law shall survive termination and continue to apply.

12 Amendments to These Terms

sot138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via a notice posted prominently on the sot138 platform and, where appropriate, by email to the registered address on the Member's Account. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after the notification date, unless a shorter period is required to address an urgent legal or regulatory matter.

Your continued use of the sot138 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the sot138 Services (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of gaming law and the terms of sot138's international operating license.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and sot138, the Member is encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. sot138 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (WIB). Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, as designated by sot138 at the time of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall limit sot138's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect sot138's legitimate interests.
